On Monday, Casella Waste Systems reopened a renovated, single-stream recycling center, in Charlestown, Mass., to serve Boston customers. John Moorhead, co-president of the Babson Energy & Environmental Club and Romeo Lopez, Babson Facilities, were on hand to view the new systems.
